Kate had a fever last Saturday. As in a week ago this past Saturday. As in Valentine's Day. In the meantime, she has been coughing and taking steroids. Today, she has spiked another 102.3. In the interim, I have managed to have the same temperature. Every. Day. I have been out of school ALL week. Only three days this week, so far, but I don't quite feel the fever break. More of a chill. So, Kate and I will probably be chilling tomorrow. Again. On round two. However, if this is the face of sickness, I can handle it.
